We feel Vendetta is the best horse we have raised here at Windward
Farms. He is a big colt and has an abundance of style, quality, and motion.
He has a long flat hock, a good foot and a great front end. We felt that
he had what it takes to compete at the highest levels and he did not
disappoint us. At the 2008 World Percheron Congress he stood 3rd in a
large foal class. At Ohio State Fair he was 1st and at the National
Percheron Show he was first again. He was 1st, Reserve Junior and
Reserve Grand Champion at the Maryland State Fair.
In 2009 we were only able to campaign Vendetta at a few shows. He
qualified for All American at every one and earned 1st Honorable Mention in
the 2009 contest. We are proud of this home raised horse's
accomplishments and we believe he will have a bright future with his new
owner, Lauren Zimmer of Westerlo, NY.
