Windermere's Peaches is a mare we purchased from
Windermere Farms.  Peaches' mother, Windermere's Mallory,
is a great show mare herself. She is a half sister to such
champions as Windermere's King Arthur, Windermere's
Blackout, Windermere's Goliath, Windermere's Xena, as well
as the great breeding horse, Dreamtime's Silverado.  Peaches'
entire pedigree is made up of household names like
Blackhome Duke, Camille, Windermere King Cong, Marissa
Laet, Monette Laet, etc.  Peaches possesses the heart and
drive of the great hitch horses she descends from.  She is
extremely up-headed and moves with excellent motion, using
her hind leg beautifully in addition to her tremendous front
end action.  She is very clean in the hocks and has good flat
bone with tight ankles and excellent feet.  We sold this mare
in the Spring of '08 to the Chandler family of Fillmore, IN.  
She had a good show season for them, finishing in the top
five at some of the very biggest shows in the country
including the National Percheron Show.

Peaches had a stud colt this spring by Briar Hill Trademark.
Unfortunately, the Chandlers let us know that they lost this
great mare shortly after foaling due to complications of colic.
