We can't say enough about this mare. She is a good sized individual standing 17.3 hh. This mare has a good, sound
foot and some of the sweetest, flatest bone you will find. She is a tremendously well balanced horse and a good
moving mare too. We have been driving her for the past year and she has proven to be a good harness mare as well.
Susie is proving herself to be a valuable asset in the breeding barn. In early February 2008 she had a tremendous stud
colt by Windermere's Incredible Edition, a Windermere's Just Incredible son. Windward's Vendetta went on to be the
2008 Res. All American Stallion foal for us. At the 2008 K.I.L.E. Susie and Vendetta took first place in the mare and
foal class.
In early 2009, Susie had a stud colt for her new owners, Loren and Kyra Fry, Colonial Manor Farms, Lancaster, PA. Like
his full brother, Colonial Manor's Braveheart had a good introduction to the show ring, winning 1st, and Res. Jr.
Champion at the NY State Fair as well as 1st Res. Jr. & Res. Grand behind Vendetta at the MD State Fair. Braveheart
finished the 2009 show season as the 3rd Honorable Mention Stallion Foal. Together, Susie's first two foals won the
Produce of Dam class at the K.I.L.E. show. Susie qualified for All American this year and her first two foals we
Honorable Mentions in the contest, evidence of this mare's versatility. We wish the Fry's continued success with this
great broodmare.
